Finding clarity starts here.

From getting a confirmed diagnosis, all the way through to ongoing treatment: we’re here to make living with ADHD easier. Here’s what to expect when starting your diagnosis and treatment journey with us.

  • Step 1

    Take our 5-minute pre-assessment.

    Clock Icon

Tell us about you, your health, and how you feel. This gives us a brief picture of your symptoms and an idea of whether a video consultation might help you. If we don’t think the consultation will be worth your time, your payment will be fully refunded.

  • Step 2

We’ll verify your ID and NHS record.

    Clock Icon

Before your video appointment, our clinician will review your NHS record, and we’ll verify your ID. This helps us make recommendations that are safe for you. We can usually do these steps without you having to do anything (other than give us your consent).

  • Step 3

Your supporting info contact completes a short survey.

    Clock Icon

We’ll email a person of your choosing to fill in an online questionnaire about you and your symptoms. This should be someone who's known you since birth, like a close family member.

  • Step 4

    Your video consultation.

    Clock Icon

After reviewing your pre-assessment, our clinician will invite you to book a video consultation. Our appointments generally last at least 90 minutes, and we recommend allowing extra time in case you and our clinician need to talk for longer.

  • Step 5

    We'll review your case.

    Clock Icon

Our ADHD clinician will review your case and come to a decision on your diagnosis. If they think a prescription for ADHD treatment is right for you, they’ll tell you what they recommend.

  • Step 6

    We’ll get your treatment ready.

    Clock Icon

Once you’ve accepted our clinician’s recommendation, we’ll get your prescription ready at our UK pharmacy. We’ll ship your treatment and every month we’ll prompt you when your next lot of medication is due, so you can get your repeat treatment with ease.

  • Step 7

Get personalised ongoing care (for free).

    Clock Icon

We’ll check in to see how things are going, and you’ll retain easy access to our ADHD clinician, too. So you can ask them anything, any time you like, and it’s all included in the price of your treatment.

How does it work?

How does it work?

It all starts with the pre-assessment. It’s a 2-minute series of questions you can answer online, and helps us to know if a further consultation with our ADHD clinician is going to be worth your time (and £249 fee).

Our clinician will then review your answers. If they think a consultation is right for you, you’ll be invited to book an appointment. You can choose your own time, and we usually have slots available on either the same or the next working day. The average appointment length is around 90 minutes.

At your consultation, our ADHD clinician will talk about your feelings and symptoms with you, ask you some questions, and discuss your medical history.

After your consultation has finished, our clinician will put together a report based on your discussion, and make a decision about your diagnosis. If you are diagnosed with ADHD, they’ll recommend a treatment plan for you.

Once you accept and start the treatment plan, we’ll get your first delivery of treatment ready at our regstered UK pharmacy. Then, each month, we’ll send you a reminder asking you to confirm re-delivery of your next month’s supply. Our clinical team will schedule catch-up appointments with you regularly to see how your treatment is going, and you’ll get expert advice and info as part of your personalised aftercare.

How much does it cost?

How much does it cost?

It’s £249 for a consultation with our ADHD clinician.

For ongoing treatment, the price varies. The average is around £189 per month, but you might pay a little more depending on the treatment that’s recommended for you. The price includes regular deliveries of your prescription medication and catch-up appointments with our clinical team.

The £249 for the video consultation is non-refundable, regardless of whether you’re diagnosed with ADHD. But if you take our pre-assessment and our clinician doesn't think a consultation will be right for you, it won’t cost you anything.

What else is included?

What else is included?

    Your treatment price covers:
  • the cost of your prescription treatment and deliveries
  • regular catch-up appointments with our clinicians
  • personalised support and advice on ADHD from our team
  • and access to our clinicians so you can ask them anything you like, any time.

Can I cancel my treatment?

Can I cancel my treatment?

Yes, you can cancel your deliveries and stop getting treatment from us. But because stopping ADHD medicine suddenly isn’t always safe, we strongly recommend that you’re able to get the treatment from another healthcare provider before leaving us.
